The reservation request gets you one step closer to owning a future model year Cadillac LYRIQ when they start to become available in mid-2023.When a vehicle becomes available at your selected dealership, you will be contacted to complete and submit your purchase order, which is expected to occur several months before your scheduled vehicle production date.

Yes, your fee is refundable at any time if you cancel your reservation request prior to taking delivery of your vehicle. You may cancel your reservation request by contacting your selected dealer.

Cadillac expects that future model year Cadillac LYRIQ’s will start to be available in mid-2023. However, depending on your selected dealer and options, your vehicle may arrive later than this. Given that production schedules are subject to change, please periodically discuss timing with your dealer. When your vehicle is about to be produced, your selected participating dealer will contact you about approximate timing for delivery.

Your selected dealer will contact you to confirm they received your reservation request. Your selected dealer will then contact you when it is time to order your vehicle. At that time, you will complete a purchase order at your chosen dealer, which confirms your order details such as the model year, colour, price of your vehicle, and an estimated delivery date.

If you were directed to a confirmation web page after submitting your reservation request then your reservation request was successfully submitted. You will also receive a reservation request confirmation email within 48 hours from submitting your reservation request.

Reservations are prioritized at your selected dealership. Your reservation will be fulfilled based on the dealer’s availability of your chosen configuration and vehicle production. The vehicle production schedule is dependent upon numerous variables, including exterior colour, interior colour, and wheel selections. Your selected dealer will contact you to provide delivery timing once your vehicle is ready to be built. Other details regarding vehicle production timelines are not currently available.

It may take up to 48 hours to receive your Cadillac LYRIQ reservation request confirmation email and reservation request ID.

After all of your selected dealer’s estimated allocation have been assigned, your dealer will hold a spot for you on a first come first served basis, using future allocation for the 2023 and 2024 model year and beyond.

Yes, you can change to an All-Wheel Drive model if you prefer by contacting your preferred dealer and communicating your preference with them. It is important to note that production timing and feature available may differ between Rear-Wheel Drive and All-Wheel Drive models, so contact your dealer for additional details.
