HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay your OnStar® and Connected Services plans electronically using your credit card, bank account or PayPal®.


UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD


1. Go to Cadillac.ca.

2. Select the account icon.

3. Sign in to My Account.

4. Select the Payments tab.

a. In the desktop view, the Payments tab will appear on the left side of the screen.
b. In the mobile view, the Payments tab will appear along the top of the screen. You may have to scroll left or right to see it.

5. Select Manage Payments.

6. In the Payment Methods section:

a. Select Add Payment Method (if a payment method does not appear). 
-OR-    
b. Select Switch Payment Method.

7. Select the payment method you’d link to use: credit card, bank account or PayPal.

 

Note: The payment method you select will be used for all recurring subscriptions.
